As of Wednesday, March 18, 2020 Mental Health Partnerships which oversees The Mental Health Association in Southwestern NJ and it’s programs Like CIT-NJ, are adjusting to new routines in response to the COVID-19 outbreak.

The Mental Health Association in Southern New Jersey (MHASWNJ) team will be working remotely for the health and safety of our staff. But, as you will see, working remotely does not mean working less for the MHASWNJ staff. Most of out Programs are still operational with some new procedures and available via phone or email during normal business hours and special hours if needed.

Our participants are among the most vulnerable within our communities and our programs are adjusting so that we can continue care and support. Currently, we have limited or even in some cases eliminated face to face contacts and started a telehealth process to evaluate needs, provide safety information and provide emotional support to our participants.

Like many behavioral healthcare organizations that are continuing operations, we need basic and essential supplies, as our stock will be diminishing quickly over the next few weeks. Please consider making an online monetary donations on this website or call our office to make a donation of basic essential supplies that our participants and staff need during this crisis.

Please feel free to contact us at 856 522-0639  with any questions or concerns about our New Jersey programs.
